History

February 1967	Commenced operations with a view of planning and constructing exhibitions and displays
March 1970	With the aim of planning, executing and constructing exhibitions, displays, events and commercial facilities, Hakuten was established in Horikiri, Katsushika-ku, Tokyo, with capital of 500,000 yen
February 1989	Established Shiratori Studio in Shiratori, Katsushika-ku, Tokyo
January 1992	Shiratori Studio moved to Osone in Yashio City, Saitama Prefecture, as Studio No.1
February 1992	Tokuhisa Taguchi assumed the post of president and representative director
February 1997	Sales office moved to Uchikanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo
February 1998	Studio No. 2 set up in Osone, Yashio City, Saitama Prefecture
September 2001	Sales office moved to Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo
April 2002	Studio No. 3 set up in Osone, Yashio City, Saitama Prefecture
April 2006	Head office relocated to Tsukiji, Chuo-ku, Tokyo e-Studio set up in Ukizuka, Yashio City, Saitama Prefecture
February 2008	Shares listed on Osaka Securities Exchange's Nippon New Market-the Hercules Market (today's Tokyo Stock Exchange JASDAQ)
March 2009	COMMUNICATION DESIGN registered as trademark
June 2010	Masanori Tanaka assumed post of president and representative director
April 2011	e-Studio moved to Osone, Yashio City, Saitama Prefecture
October 2012	Tokuhisa Taguchi assumed post of representative director chairman, president and CEO
April 2013	Launched Conference & Convention Service and Commercial Space Service Divisions
July 2013	Established alliance and business tie-up with iact Corporation
April 2014	Launched Digital Marketing Service Division
July 2014	Nishi－nihon sales office set up in iact Corporation's Osaka office
February 2015	Made iact Corporation a wholly owned subsidiary
June 2015	Tokuhisa Taguchi assumed currently held post of president and representative director
November 2015	Made Takerobo Corporation into a subsidiary
