Criteria for Information Disclosure

The Company complies with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, the Companies Act, other applicable laws and regulations, and the timely disclosure rules established by the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
In addition, the Company will disclose, in a timely, appropriate, and fair manner, material financial and non-financial information regarding management decisions, business developments, and financial results that may influence investment decisions, based on its assessment of materiality.

Methods of Information Disclosure

Information subject to the timely disclosure rules will be disclosed through TDnet (Timely Disclosure Network), operated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and EDINET (Electronic Disclosure for Investors’ NETwork), operated by Japan’s Financial Services Agency, and will be promptly posted on the Company’s website.
The Company will also endeavor to disclose information that is not subject to timely disclosure requirements through appropriate channels, including its corporate website, in a fair and timely manner.

Constructive Dialogue with Shareholders and Investors

The Company is committed to promoting constructive dialogue with shareholders and investors.
To facilitate such dialogue, members of senior management and the department responsible for investor relations will respond to shareholders and investors in cooperation with relevant internal departments.
To deepen understanding of the Company’s corporate philosophy, management strategies, business performance, and other matters, the Company conducts general meetings of shareholders, individual meetings with investors, quarterly financial results briefings, and presentations at investor relations events hosted by external organizations. The Company also strives to enhance information dissemination through its website and other communication channels.
Opinions and requests received from shareholders and investors are shared internally and utilized as reference in management decision-making and future dialogue activities, as appropriate.
